What Is The Atlanta REALTORS® PAC?
January 27, 2026
Atlanta REALTORS® PAC is the local political action committee of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® and the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. Its purpose is to support candidates and public officials at the local and municipal level who understand real estate, value private property rights, and support a strong housing market.
Funded entirely by voluntary REALTOR® contributions, Atlanta REALTORS® PAC helps elect leaders who make informed decisions on zoning, development, taxation, housing policy, and property use — issues that directly affect your business and your clients.
Atlanta REALTORS® PAC is part of the nation’s most influential and premier bipartisan advocacy network — giving REALTORS® a seat at the table and a voice at every level of government.
- Atlanta REALTORS® PAC works locally, supporting candidates for city councils, mayors, county commissions, and municipal offices in the Atlanta region.
- The Georgia Association of REALTORS® PAC (GARPAC) advocates at the state level, protecting real estate interests impacting licensing, taxation, housing affordability, and infrastructure.
- The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) operates nationally, supporting federal candidates and policies that shape housing finance, fair housing, and property ownership across the country.
Together, these three efforts ensure that REALTOR® voices are heard — locally, statewide, and nationally.
