The City of Roswell is updating its Comprehensive Growth Plan, shaping future development, infrastructure, and land use decisions. Building on prior plans, this effort highlights emerging growth and redevelopment opportunities.
The City is seeking input from real estate professionals—an opportunity to share insights on market trends, development, infrastructure, and neighborhood preservation. Your feedback will help guide policies that impact property values, housing supply, and long-term growth.
The plan will prioritize investment in key economic areas, infrastructure improvements, and preserving neighborhood character. It will also include required updates from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, including revisions to the Character Area Map and Community Work Program, which influence zoning and future development.
