  • Average sales price: $507,000 (13.2% decrease)
  • Total active listings: 216 (36.7% increase)
  • New listings: 51 (4.1% increase)
  • Month’s Supply: 4.2 (29.1% increase)

Lumpkin County

  • Total sales: 21 (16.0% decrease)
  • Median sales price: $395,000 (1.3% decrease)
  • Average sales price: $465,500 (1.5% decrease)
  • Total active listings: 117 (12.5% increase)
  • New listings: 24 (22.6% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 3.7 (18.1% increase)
