Adjustments to Top Producers Qualification

June 15, 2026

The following is related to the changes in the status of Teams and Individuals during the qualifying year:

  • Team Members: To be eligible to receive Top Producers recognition, a member must be on the team for more than 6 months.
  • Individuals: To qualify, a member must reach the minimum qualifying volume using only the transactions closing while the member was not part of a team.
  • Transition Situations:
  1. Joining or Leaving a Team - the member can qualify as a Team Member if they were on the team for more than 6 months or as an Individual if they were on the team for less than 6 months and have enough volume outside of the team.
  2. Switching a Team - The member will be recognized with the team where they participated for more than 6 months.
Notes:

If the member was on a team for less than 6 months and did not have enough volume to qualify as an individual, they will not be eligible for recognition in that qualifying year.

If a member operated as an Individual and on a Team during the year and can qualify under both the Team and as an Individual, they will have the option to submit as an Individual or be included on the Team application.

Rookie of the Year Eligibility Update

The Board of Directors approved an amendment to the Rookie of the Year criteria. To be eligible, candidates must be licensed on or after July 1 of the year preceding the Qualifying Year.

This amendment restores the previous eligibility standard and does not change the Qualifying Year, which will continue to use the July 1 eligibility date.
