  • Total single family home sales: 261 (25.6% decrease)
  • Median sales price: $625,000 (15.7% increase)
  • Average sales price: $644,500 (10.7% increase)
  • Total active listings: 459 (34.5% decrease)
  • New listings: 338 (21.8% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 1.7 (8.1% decrease)

Dawson County | September 2023

  • Total single family home sales: 63 (23.5% increase)
  • Median sales price: $403,000 (5.2% decrease)
  • Average sales price: $535,500 (7.1% increase)
  • Total active listings: 111 (12.6% decrease)
  • New listings: 60 (1.6% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 2.3 (3.5% decrease)

Lumpkin County | September 2023

  • Total single family home sales: 26 (39.5% decrease)
  • Median sales price: $352,500 (6% decrease)
  • Average sales price: $401,500 (0.7% decrease)
  • Total active listings: 93 (2.1% decrease)
  • New listings: 46 (8% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 2.8 (16.3% increase)
