Quadrennial Code of Ethics Training

Between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2012 every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have joined the association after January 1, 2009 and attended Orientation, have already fulfilled their training requirements. All other members must complete the training by December 31, 2012, in order to continue their membership with the Board.

Failure to complete the required periodic ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty; for which, REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training has been completed.

Ethics Training - Online Options

Ethics Training in Your Office

  • Company Training - Your firm may offer the course in-house. In order to qualify, the class must follow the approved training outline and course materials directly which may be accessed online under Company Training Materials. Once completed, please provide the Board the following: Course title, course completion date, list of attendees and the real estate license numbers of the attendees.
