PCBR has a long tradition of member involvement. We have committees that plan everything from member services to our signature events.
Founded in 1977, The Pickens County Board of REALTORS® serves as a central source of information for our members and our main thrusts are real estate education, the promotion of professionalism in our industry and representing our REALTOR® members with legislative initiatives to create positive change for the real estate community.
Membership in the Board provides you a distinct competitive and educational advantage as a professional. Networking opportunities are provided through our Education Seminars, Million Dollar Club Awards Ceremony, Monthly Luncheons and Annual Picnic. Are you representing your industry as a REALTOR®?
A real estate agent is a REALTOR® when he or she becomes a member of the National Association of REALTORS® - The Voice for Real Estate, the world's largest professional association. The term REALTOR® is a legally registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. When joining the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, members automatically become a member of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
