Broker RPAC Challenge
A special thank you goes out Tom Beechler, RPAC Chairman for initiating the "Broker Challenge".  Each broker was encouraged to contribute $99 per office. Make your voice heard!  Ask Senators Chambliss and Isakson to support making permanent the FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan limits, and to keep the FHA loan limit at 125 percent of the median home price.

Quadrennial Code of Ethics Training
Must be completed by December 31, 2008
Between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR® is required to complete 2 1/2 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS® who have joined the association after January 1, 2005 and attended Orientation, have already fulfilled their training requirements. All other members must complete their training by December 31, 2008 to continue their membership with the Board of REALTORS®.

Failure to complete the required periodic ethics training shall be considered a violation of a membership duty; for which, REALTOR® membership shall be suspended until such time as the required training has been completed.
